iPod Shuffle Problem [Saturday, July 11th, 2009 @ 12:46pm] ipod [lambadelta] [ mood | upset ] I'm sorry if I'm not supposed to post this here or something. .___. I already know what I'll probably be told but I'm new to Shuffles so maybe I might just be mistaken. I just bought this iPod Shuffle refurbished, plugged it in last night and tried to let it charge (because I thought that was what it needed?) so when I woke up this morning it still had no other lights on it. When I put it on and off the dock it gave me the continuous orange lights. I tried to look up what that meant but the Shuffle doesn't do anything other than flash. It doesn't come up on iTunes or anywhere else on my computer either. Can someone help me? I'm using itunes 8.1? So even if I got it working...? It's a Shuffle 2nd gen and I'm running Windows, if that helps. love me

Iphone multiple language support [Friday, July 10th, 2009 @ 7:12pm] macintosh [therealjae] I regularly send text messages in multiple languages, and so I leave the automatic fill-in dictionaries off on my current phone (an old Motorola) so that I don't get stuck in just one language's dictionary. But someone told me recently that the iPhone automatically recognizes which language you're typing in and uses the proper dictionary to offer you words. Is that really true that this happens without manually switching dictionaries? If it is, then I'm going out tomorrow and buying an iPhone! That would make my text-messaging so much easier. 4 lovers | love me

I've had my 5th Gen 30GB Classic since 2006 and I've been wanting to buy a new one for more space but was holding out in hope of a new generation since last September.
